The story
Geraldine age 13 months was sadly murdered by serial killer John Reginald Halliday Christie. Her mother Beryl was murdered two days prior by strangulation. Her father Timothy Evans stated to the police that he killed his wife (even though he was in Wales visiting his relatives when the killing happened, his wife was in their apartment in London) but then he was told he murdered his child as well. Tim stated he didn't know anything about his daughter being killed. Later after his trial Tim was executed by hanging in a room, being masked in 1950. Later that time, Christie went killed another unmarried woman (he killed two before Beryl Evans) then he murdered his own wife Ethel. He testified that he was responsible for Beryl Evans' murder but he never told the police anything about what he did to Geraldine. Reports said he could have strangled her with Tim Evan's tie while she was crying in the middle of the night. Christie was executed in 1953.

Tragic for the father-to see his wife murdered then hearing his daughter was murdered as well and being falsley accused and having to face the death penalty. :'( If only you and your got swift justice sooner
