  🕯 Dear Lynda and the entire family...I'm so saddened to hear of Jim's passing...he was truly a 'great' man. I've had the extreme pleasure of working with Jim for the past 18 years at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and he was an inspiration.   Dear Lynda and Family, I was blown away when I heard. I can only imagine how difficult this must be and you have my deepest sympathies. I was honored to know Jim and benefitted greatly from his expertise and his friendship. He was a bright spot in my life. He will be deeply missed.
