The story
A memorial will be held in his honor at Hardesty Funeral Home, Gambrills, Maryland 10:00 am - 12:00 noon on Friday, August 10, 2018 with internment at 1:00 pm at MeadowRidge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation in Robert F. Lubbert’s name.
